This is Kiwami-san for the third time. The taste you want to eat when you come to Kobe. Not only the top loin and ribs, but even the regular loin and ribs have meat quality that is on a superior level at other restaurants. Our family's favorite is the first one in the photo, the extremely roasted one with wasabi soy sauce! Next is grilled shabu (eaten with egg). The top tongue salt is also very delicious.
