オマール海老のスープをベースに数10種類のスパイスを使い､フレンチの技法を数日かけて煮込んだ特製カレー。
オイルに浸してじっくりと煮られた鴨肉のレッグは､ほろっと骨から外れ､旨味が深くしっとり✨
皮面はパリッと香ばしい。
添えられたハラペーニョのピクルスは､ピリリッと辛い。
