暑い日だったから、夕食は、チェックしてあった冷麺でも・・・と、三ノ宮駅から歩いて15分くらいと思ったより歩いて、こちらのお店へ
夕方だけど汗かいたwww

注文は【ぼっかけ冷麺（1,100円）＋特盛り（200円）】
提供は、10分程でした
麺は、めちゃ弾力が強く、伸びもあり、つるつるで喉越しの良いタイプ！美味しいですねー♪
スープは、透明度が高く、一部はシャーベット状に凍っていて、キンキンに冷えています
牛骨とぼっかけの甘味、酢の酸味、キムチの辛味と複雑ですが、深みがあり美味しいです
ぼっかけも、たっぷりの牛スジと蒟蒻に、甘辛い味付けが染み込んで良いですね
その他のトッピングはローストビーフ、キムチ、半分茹で卵、白髪ネギ、ネギ、胡麻、プチトマト、キュウリと種類も豊富です
途中でヤンニンジャン、おろしニンニクや〆でラー油とどれもマッチして、味変でも美味しかったです
今までの冷麺で1番好みでした♡
