知り合いがバイトしているとのことで来店。
懐石コースでしたが、一品ずつの名称がわからないので割愛です笑
個人的には逸品の方が風変わりのものが多く、寿司は王道といった感じでした。コースの中で特に美味しかったのは漬けマグロの寿司です。しっかりとした味付けとマグロの旨味がたまらんでした！
提供スピードはゆっくりめでしたが、大将の勧めてくださる日本酒と共に待ってたら一瞬なものです。
おいしい逸品、寿司、落ち着いた雰囲気、ゆったりと流れる時間ミシュランに納得のお店です。
