土曜の12時に訪問。予約でほぼ満席。
この日は調理2人、ホール1人。
ホールの対応がかなり問題ありでスタッフが足りてない。
安めの町中華ならともかく、ちょっとオシャレ感も漂わせたそれなりの金額の店でこれは酷い。
よだれどり。まぁまぁ。
空芯菜の炒め。至って普通。味が薄い。これが初見だと、空芯菜なんか何がいいんやろ?となるレベル。
海老マヨ。ちょっと分厚めの衣が好みではないが、まぁまぁ。
角煮酢豚。ナイフ切れ味悪すぎ。まともに切れてないから、そのせいで食感落ちた等はあったはず。まぁまぁ。
和えそば。冷たいのは想定外。まぁまぁ。
ここも店舗増やしてるし、元々の店主と調理スタッフ変わってるんかな。この日いたのは若そうやったし。
店舗増やすのはいいが、評判上がった店から元々の店主とかが居なくなるのって反則な気がするんだけど。
