今回孫息子と一緒に孫息子の習い事の施設のある阪急岡本まで通学体験を兼ねて付き添いで行く事になり、レッスン中の１時間位の時間自由行動！！
そこで岡本界隈を散策する事にしました、先ずは「フロイン堂」さんへ伺ってパンを購入した後摂津本山駅方面で移動、その途中でオーガニック野菜のお店等に立ち寄りました。
岡本ダイエー前でこちらのお店の立て看板を発見・・立寄る事にしました。
エレベーターで４Ｆへ・・移動する事に・・
入り口で除菌用アルコールで手の除菌を・・
店内は、以前はこちらで食事の提供もされていたみたいですが、数年前から食材販売専門の店舗に変更されてそうです。
店内ほヨーロッパの食材、ハーブ、オイル、等色々珍しい物が置かれていました。
今回は見た事のないイタリアのパスタを見つけたので2種のパスタを購入させて頂きました。
リングイネとルマーケ マカロニにの2種を購入しました。
後日リングイネを使ってぺペロンチーノを作りました。
アルペンザルツをたっぷり入れたお湯で湯がきました。
オリーブオイルにガーリックと鷹の爪を入れて弱火で香りがたってオイルに辛味と風味が移行！
今回はコウイカと小松菜のぺペロンせ頂きました、モッチリ感があり美味しく頂きました。
美味しいパスタを頂きました。
また機会が有れば立ち寄りたいです。
