I visited ``Sumibiyaki TORIFUKU'' for dinner, which is located on the first floor of Selva on the south side of Konan-Yamate Station. The accompaniment was shredded Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), yakitori thighs, and wasabi.The wasabi was really good. I like the balance between the sweetness and flavor of the thigh meat. Neko Kojiro, who loves skirt Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) with furisode and salt, even on yakitori, of course I got it. I had the tender meatballs with the sauce. cartilage? A little lumpy texture: Neko Kojiro likes it soft, but this may be a matter of personal preference. The rice at the end looked delicious, but I wanted to go to one more restaurant today, so I gave up. Thank you for the meal!
