きょうは、仕事帰りに焼肉。
阪神御影駅から北に少し歩いたところにある
焼き肉屋さん「牛角 御影店」でいただきました。
まだ早い時間だったせいか、待たずにも入る事が出来ました。
炭火七輪で肉を焼きますが、その下からガスであぶっているので、
火の上がりも早くて、火力調節も簡単にできるので便利ですね。
まずは、休日限定のスペシャルメニュー「人気五種盛り」から。
カルビ、ロース、ビートロ、チキンバジル、王様ハラミの５種類が載っています。
特に、「王様ハラミ」は何ともコクのある旨味が印象的でしたね。
チェーン店にしては言うのもなんですが、お肉はすべてなかなか美味しくて合格点ですね。
そのうえ、店員さんの自然な笑顔がとってもよくて、これはお見事っていえるでしょうね。
また、次回も行ってみたいお店ですね。
