日本酒の歴史を見て、味わえる空間。
日本酒で有名な灘五郷で創醸400年の歴史や伝統ある酒蔵『櫻正宗』の日本酒や会席に舌つづみ。定番鍋『ポン酒鍋〜味くらべ〜』や和の創作会席料理と共に搾りたて原酒をご堪能下さい。歴史を物語る酒造道具、昔なつかしい看板や酒瓶やラベルなど、ここでしか見られない展示物も御座います。日本酒が買えるショップも併設されており、お食事の際は是非、お立ち寄り下さい。 |
本日は、行きつけのお店の店主さんとお客様たちで、灘の酒蔵巡り！
お昼に待ち合わせて、先ずはこちらで腹ごしらえ。
1日20食限定の半切御膳を頂きました。
先ずは、色々乗ってる半切桶が運ばれて来ました。
色々な前菜を頂きながら、お酒を頂きます。そして穴子の蒸籠御飯（写真撮り忘れました。）半分はそのまま頂きます。ホクホクで美味しゅうございます。そして山葵などの薬味を乗せ、お出汁をかけて頂きましたが、コレまた絶品。デザート迄ついて、大満足のスタートでした。
