仕事の外出先のランチとして訪れたこちらのお店。12時台でしたが、すっと入れました。
つけ麺に気づくことなく表面のメニューから「あっさり鶏骨醤油」を注文。
登場したラーメンの見た目はあっさりとは言いつつも、油と濃い出汁を感じる色味。
油は鶏チャーシューから出るもの。鶏皮が付いていてプルプル。でも香ばしさもある。
スープからは鶏出汁を強く感じる。見た目の濃さに比べると、味は名前のとおりあっさり目。
麺は細麺。スープの鶏出汁と絡んで美味い。
薬味の小葱が良い味出します。
量はそこまで多くないので、女性でも簡単に食べれそう。
替え玉もあるので、なんとでもなりそう。
今度は、大好きなつけ麺を狙いに来ます。
