ラーメン部門の2023年WEST百名店‼️
JR住吉駅に程近い好立地のラーメンですね〜
こちらではあっさり系醤油ラーメンがいただけます(^.^)
『醤油らーめん 750円』を注文
シンプルに醤油ラーメンにしました(^.^)
湯気がすごいラーメンですなぁ〜
けっこう熱々のラーメンなんですね(≧∀≦)
スープを飲んだ時の印象はめっちゃあっさり...
あっさり醤油ラーメンが嫌いではないけど、それでもあっさりしているって印象ですね(^.^)
かなりシンプルな醤油スープで、洗練されたラーメンが世に出回っている昨今では、あまりにオーソドックスな感じですね〜
やや水っぽさを感じるスープで、もう少しコクがあったり、濃厚な味わいが欲しいところ...
それにバラ系のチャーシューと青菜だけのシンプルな具材で、素朴な印象だけが残ったなぁ〜
懐かしのラーメンというよりかは、洗練されていないという印象でしたね〜
悪くはないがインパクトはなかったね...
