ゆったり広々した専用駐車場を備えた、にしむら珈琲店「御影店」は三宮へ出かけ
た帰りなどに時々利用する馴染み店です。
その御影店と石焼ステーキみかげ館が６月に設備の増強・改装のため営業を休止
したことは知っていましたが、再オープン後初の訪店となりました。
今回は最上階の、みかげ館でのランチが目的。リニューアルされた店内はスッキリ
したインテリアで開放的な雰囲気です。ホールスタッフの女性の応対も優しさが感じら
れて好感度UP！。

こちらのお店で使用される牛肉は但馬牛、「松坂牛」、「近江牛」といった全国の特撰
牛も元は但馬牛がルーツとか。きめの細かい肉質で皮下脂肪が少ない、最上の霜降り
肉が特徴。「熱を加えることでこの上質のサシが、まろやかな風味と柔らかな舌触りを
醸成します」とのお店の説明。
但馬牛には手が届きませんが、ここは溶岩石を使った黒毛和牛の石焼ステーキを選
ばざるを得ません！（笑）
石焼ステーキランチ￥2,500円のコースには、オクラやハルサメの入ったグリーンサ
ラダと、じゃが芋・レンコン・椎茸・かぼちゃ・サツマイモ・もやし・獅子唐・茄子・人参の豊
富な野菜類に、厚揚げ・こんにゃく、それに好みでたっぷりのニンニク。ロース（100g）or
ヘレ（90g）（今回は両方）を選択、お替り自由なごはんとお味噌汁とお漬け物が付いてい
ます。
薬味は、ポン酢・塩・辛子醤油。溶岩石の遠赤外線効果で、表面が焦げすぎることもな
くまろやかに焼きあがります。旨みが凝縮されたお肉はとてもジューシーで柔らかく思わ
ず追加がしたくなるほど。久しぶりに外食店でご飯のお替りをした相方も満足げな表情。
駐車場もあり、これだけのボリュームはCP良好。肉質も良く野菜たっぷりのランチをリー
ズナブルに味わえる貴重なお店と言えます。おススメです！
