小鉢の彩りたくさんの定食
本日は、お気に入りの親子丼のパートナーに
・抹茶鹿野うどん ＋100円
小さな親子丼とのセット890円＋大盛100円
をチョイスしてみました。
鹿野うどん、って聞いたことなくて、
鳥取市鹿野町、しかの、なのでしょうか！？
こだわりの説明もないのでわからず…
麺は、ネチャネチャしてて、くっつきまくり、コシもなく、抹茶の味もせず、
おまけにつけツユは中途半端に薄いです。
お客さんに年配の人が多いので薄口なのか、
または、抹茶の風味が感じられるように
薄口なのか。
これは、今日のオペレーションが悪いのか、
メニュー開発がこれなのかわかりませんが、
残念です。
私が開発意図をわかってないのかも…
グリーンの綺麗な見た目が、夏の涼とはなりますね。
親子丼は、うまいー！

お盆という事もあり、メニューは限定されてました。
何気に値上がりしてますのねー、当たり前ですが…
・小ぶり２種のマグロと選べる麺セット1400円
大盛＋100円 ざる蕎麦チョイス
ざる蕎麦が一番いいように思います。
温かい麺は柔らかすぎですし、
茶蕎麦はネチャネチャしてる。
ものすごく清掃されてて、綺麗です。
駐車場が一台分が狭すぎて、要テクニックです。
気をつけてください！
