近所で好評なので、これまで何度かトライしてみたのですが、いつも予約で満席で、本日ようやくラッキーにも予約がとれ、念願の初ランチに行きました。
和牛ビーフのコースを頂きましたが、前菜盛り合わせからどれも味つけが本当に丁寧で美味しい。ドレッシングまで美味しい。
ステーキは良い焼き加減の霜降り肉に合わせ、とろろワサビソース、他にタレ2種も付いて、色々と味変が楽しめます。
ご飯にはお味噌汁がつき、パンは2種類が味わえます。
デザートは暑い日だったからか、ミニパフェで、アイスクリームの下にカラメルのカリカリした香ばしいトッピングが仕込まれて、なんとも絶妙に美味しい。
こんなパフェ初めて。
デザートやアイスコーヒーまで丁寧で美味しい。
どれもまた食べたいし、満足です。
お忙しいのにサービスも良く、シェフも気さくなお人柄で、また伺いたくなるお店。人気で満席の理由がわかりました。
