初訪問は日曜日の開店時間5分前。場所はJR住吉駅、阪神住吉駅、六甲ライナー魚崎駅の中間あたりです。六甲ライナー魚崎駅からですと西出口を北へ出て、すぐに西へ、東灘年金事務所まで進んでから北へ、ファミマを越えて2つ目の角を西へ20m先の右手にあります。曲がり角に写真の看板が出てます。駅から5～6分です。
ちょうどお店の暖簾が出たところで、待っていた3組10名に続いて店内へ。一応予約して訪問していましたので、大きな鉄板前のカウンターの丸椅子席へ案内されました。
順に注文を聞いて頂き、すじのお好み焼きをオーダーしました。お店はお母さん3名でのオペレーションです。お水は大きなタンブラーのコップを渡されますので、後ろのテーブルまで自分で入れに行くことになります。
店内は大鉄板前に3名、隣の小さい鉄板の周りに6名、後ろのテーブル席に4名、あとテーブル席が1つと奥に座敷も見えましたが生活スペースになってます。
お母さん2名で大鉄板で一度に4～6個のオーダーを手際よく焼いていきます。なかなか豪快なライブショーを目の前で見ることになります。
一度お好み焼きをのオーダーを調理中にモダンへ変更となり、食品ロスを出さずに変更したのはお見事でした。ヘラ２つの扱いが大変器用でお見事です。
10分ほど待ってすじのお好み焼き登場です。大鉄板の前ですので、出来上がるとそのままスライドさせて「どうぞ」となります。小さなヘラで切り分けて小皿に取ってお箸で頂きます。ソース、マヨネーズ、鰹節、青のり、一味などは横のソース入れから自分で取って自分の好きなように味付けします。
最初にソースなどを付けずに食べてみましたが、それでも生地自体は大変美味しいものです。
すじ肉は大変美味しいお味ですが、たまに固い部分もありましたが最後まで美味しく頂きました。1人前としてはちょっと多めに感じました。現金750円をお支払いして退店しました。
店外待ちは0でしたが、電話で持ち帰りのオーダーがいくつも入ったり、2週間後の日曜日に13名の予約が入ったり大変人気のお店です。行かれる際はお電話されてからの訪問が宜しいでしょう。
