PR for restaurants |
[1 minute from Hanshin Mikage Station] Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that is loved by locals and boasts kushikatsu, and opens from 4pm!
One of the things we take great care with when it comes to our proud kushikatsu is the batter. We use a unique mix of fresh and dried bread crumbs, and the sauce is a secret blend! All of our yakitori |
I went there for the first time in a while. They used to have a restaurant in Rokkomichi. I ordered draft beer, potato salad, ray fin, and kushikatsu (sillago, asparagus, eggplant, horumon, etc.). The kushikatsu wasn't too oily and was delicious. The soft-boiled egg on top of the potato salad was also delicious.
