最近オ－プンしたと聞いて、早速行ってきました。
店名「ふたえご」 というのは、馬のアバラ肉の部分らしい。
カウンタ－が1本、まっすぐにあり、完全に立ち飲み。
テ－ブルも1つあるが、ほとんど使ってない様子。
スタンディングで、10～15名ぐらいは大丈夫かな。
その日は、赤身の刺身。
これに、タテガミが付いているからなんともうれしい。
赤身と一緒に食べると、口の中でタテガミがとろけて美味しい。
あと、馬肉のいろんな部位の串焼きなんかもあったが、
桜ばら肉の串を1串いただいた。これも脂がのっていい感じ。
ハイボ－ルを片手に、串カツを追加して店をあとにしました。
小腹が空いているときにと、馬肉が食べたいときはＧＯＯＤ！！
