日本三大酒処のひとつ、灘（なだ）。その中でも大手として有名な白鶴の酒造。
酒造には観光客用として「白鶴酒造資料館」があり、無料で入れて展示見学や試飲などを楽しめます。
1階の売店も展示エリアと隣り合わせになっており、古民家のような雰囲気の中で買い物できます。
売店には酒粕を使用したソフトクリームが売られています。
●酒粕ソフトクリーム
酒粕を使用したソフトクリーム。
アルコールの感じはあまり無く、バターのようなコクを強く感じる味わいです。
屋内、屋外ともに休憩所が無いのがネックではありますが、
展示物の縁側部分に座って食べることはできます。
日本酒だけでなく、ゆずや梅酒などのリキュールも作っている酒蔵です。
