灘の蔵元巡りをすることになり休日に阪神住吉駅までいって蔵巡りスタート、最初は大手の白鶴からです。建物立派ですね〜 無料の試飲はセルフの機械でできますがまあ微量です。それではと白鶴の若手社員が作った別鶴というシリーズを飲んでみました。三杯で500円と格安です。木漏れ日のムシメガネとか日本酒離れしたネーミングですね〜 ３酒とも日本酒的な感じからは離れてますが米だけでこんなお酒ができるというのもすごいものです。 売店は結構充実してましたが最初の蔵なので酒粕カルボナーラと酒粕カレーを購入、カルボナーラはなかなか美味しかったです。
