When I ordered the biryani, there wasn't even Bamasti rice.I was wary of the tasteless Indian-style fried rice made with Japanese rice cooked to a pulp, but although this wasn't biryani-style, I could feel the spice and it was Bamasti rice. I passed (biryani-style) because the original biryani is made more like fried rice, but most restaurants use fried rice made with Bamasti rice.The naan my son had was also delicious, so I think we'll visit again.
