JR住吉駅のKiLaLa住吉にある「九州ラー麺 加虎」さんで“まぜそば”ですね。
元阪神タイガースの投手の方が経営者。
『豪快まぜそば』〜トッピングはフライドオニオン、ねぎ、ニラ、刻み海苔&刻みチャーシュー。そしててっぺんに卵黄。
麺は弾力ある太麺。
麺とタレ、トッピングすべてを混ぜていただきます。
味は濃厚ながらニンニクが入ってないので、割と後味あっさり。
途中から卓上にある一味唐辛子とお酢で味変。
美味しく完食です。
