最近オッサンになってきたのでもっぱら、少しあっさり目のファーム塩ラーメン、これは味わいが絶品で、スープは土地の食材を使用し、豊かな旨味が口いっぱいに広がります。
麺は独自の製法で作られるらしく、コシとツルツル感が絶妙。いつも一緒に頼む唐揚げは、サクサクの衣とジューシーな肉が絶妙にマッチして、ボリュームも満点。店内は清潔感があり、スタッフの対応も素晴らしい。このクリオリティーで値上げしてないリーズナブルな価格で満足度大。近所の人、絶対にオススメです。
