ここ美味しいよ！と聞いて初来訪。
まずは定番のラーメンをオーダー。
スープの泡立ちは麺が茹で上がる前にブレンダーで泡立てています。
麺はやや太め。ツルツルしていますがスープとよく絡んでいました^_^
豚チャーシューと鶏チャーシューが乗っていますが、鶏チャーシューはしっとり柔らか。私は豚チャーシューの方が美味しく感じました。
美味しくいただけましたが、個人的にはもう少しこってりしたラーメンが好みです。
でも、でも、美味しかったですよ。
