I couldn't forget the deliciousness of the red Gyudon (Beef bowl) I had in Kumamoto, so I visited this restaurant that seemed to sell grilled red beef. The restaurant plays bossa nova-style music, and has a stylish feel for Yakiniku (Grilled meat). This store seems to sell a roaster called a healthy roaster that does not emit smoke or carbon monoxide. As for the taste, I think the beauty of Akagyu lies in the light flavor of the meat. So, I think it's best to use strong heat to seal in the flavor of the meat and make it a little rarer, but this roaster doesn't allow you to do that. Because the far-infrared effect causes the food to be baked gradually and slowly, by the time the surface is nicely charred, the inside is well-cooked. On the other hand, if you try to eat it rare, the color will just change slightly on the surface and you will feel unsatisfied. Maybe it's just the cooking method being bad, but they seem to be particular about salting the food after cooking, but since the grains of salt are large, I found it difficult to adjust the saltiness to just the right amount. Personally, I didn't like it, but it might be good for people who don't like the smell of Yakiniku (Grilled meat).
