やや大きめサイズですが
テイクアウトは
3個入り３０００円のみ！＼(◎o◎)／
化粧箱というに相応しい
ゴールドの花梨があしらわれた
高級感の溢れるショッパーやBOXに
入っています（笑）
中には
スプーンやフォーク、カット用の紐も
入っていました！
ジュエル シフォンは
宝石のような果物を飾り
クリームを閉じ込めたシフォンケーキだとか。
ジュエルシ フォン（ブドウ）は
皮ごといだける２種類のブドウが
綺麗に並んでいます(*´ω｀*)
シフォンケーキは
スポンジケーキのような風味で
ふわふわ♪
そこにコクのある
練乳とクリームチーズの入ったクリームだそう。
皆が笑顔になれるようなケーキでした。
賞味期限は当日のみです。
モデルヌ キュブ（キャラメル）は
ベルギーヴァローナ社の
ブロンドチョコレートを使用しているそう。
テリーヌのような滑らかなケーキです。
濃厚ですが
まろやかなキャラメルの風味で
コーヒー等との相性抜群でした(*´ω｀*)
家族は『高いケーキって、味が尖ってないよね』とのこと（笑）
賞味期限は３日間だそう。
カトルカール キュブは
今回は冒険して"トマト＆ベリー"に♪
ベリーと紅茶の葉を練りこんだ
パウンドケーキだそう。
トマトは大好きですが
スイーツになると、フルーツには及ばないイメージでしたが
驚きの美味しさ！(✽ ﾟдﾟ ✽)
トッピングのドライトマトは
野菜ぽさは無く、フルーティー…
優しい酸味と
紅茶の風味が合わさり
癖になりそうなお味でした♪
また、大きなパウンドケーキを
ナイフとフォークで
食べたのは初めてで楽しかったです。
日持ちは、５日間だそうです。
とてもお高めですが
バラ売りしてくれたら
もう一つ買ってみたいと思えました♪
こちらは
ホテルプラザ神戸に９月にオープンした
ケーキショップです。
保存料、着色料、膨張剤等を使用していないそう。
すべてのケーキが
スクエア型になっていて
ショーケースには
とても美しく並んでいます(*´ω｀*)
イートインも可能です♪
