全体的に、盛りが良い…
魚貝類の冷たいアテが色々旨い…
ので、肝心の粉モンや、鉄板で焼くニクがなかなか喰えません。
相当うまそうなのに。
どうみてもポークステーキと思って見てた分厚い豚肉、玉子にインして、アレがとん平焼きか？！ガッツリ贅沢、
粉モンは出汁がきいてるし、粉もニクも素材を殺さずにギリギリまでビシビシに焼き色つけるし。
あと、時期によってはカキのお好み、カニのサラダ
この辺も美味しいですよ。あと、レバーのレア焼き。 まぁ、だいたいなんでも美味しいですけど、
予約は必要です。
