夏の終わりの夜、毎週通る気になるお店に行きました。
自家製パスタのお店です。
お勧めを聞いたら、夏パスタと言われたので
シーフードの冷製パスタにしました。
麺は水で凍めてあるので、モチモチがさらにモチモチ
（温かいパスタ未体験なので、想像。）
味はトマトベースで、オリーブ油と良く絡まっていました。
エビはもう少し火が通ってても良かったかも。
今度はランチで伺いたいです。
