昔からTVでもみたことはあるが、刀削麺ってどんな味なんかな。この辺ではここのお店ぐらいなので、ランチに寄りました。中華料理の中でも何料理って言うんでしょうか。少し高尚な感じのメニューです。
写真ではパクチーとか入ってそうな感じだったけど、そうではないと店員さんに言われたので、至ってノーマルなやつと海鮮刀削麺を注文…あっ餃子も一人前下さい。色とりどりの削ったらしき麺と、野菜もお肉もたっぷり入っています。人参は酢豚サイズのデカいやつが入っている。お味は独特の麺の食感とスープがよく合いますね。そこへ入れて下さいとばかりに、辛いお味噌がテーブル脇にあります。少し溶かして入れると薬膳の辛味が程よく味変して楽しめます。
