和歌山ラーメンを食べに来たら定休日でしたので
対面のこちらにお邪魔しました。
いつもと同じてんぷらと出石そば。
そばは1枚ボスに献上。
天ぷらはこの日の揚げ担当がボスいわく上手な人で
とても美味しく揚がっていました。
しかしもう量が多すぎて次回からは単品で頼もうと決心。
そしていつも生卵の使い方がよくわからないのですよね…
美味しかったし大変目配り気配りの行き届いたお店でした。
