Rokko Bar Mountain" is located near Hankyu Rokko Station. Actually, we were going to go to another restaurant nearby, but gave up because one was closed and the other was out of order. Ten-don (tempura rice bowl) So we visited this restaurant, which is open as a bar at night and serves Soba lunch at noon. I ordered a mini and "Rokkosan Set" (1,280 yen). I immediately started to sip the soba. The soba was very firm and it was like Sanuki udon with buckwheat noodles, though I don't know how to compare it with udon. Next, we had it dipped in tsuyu (sauce)... the slightly sweet flavored tsuyu was quite tasty. Salt is good, too, but I think this soba is definitely suitable for this dipping sauce. Now for the other main dish, Ten-don (tempura rice bowl). This one is fried in rapeseed oil, and is very light and easy to eat. I visited this restaurant by chance, but I can't stop eating out because I sometimes have such encounters. If I have a chance, I will go there at night next time. I visited "Rokko Bar Mountain" near Rokko Sta., Hankyu Kobe Line. It has a unique biz model in that it operates as a bar during dinner time, but also serves This time I ordered the "Mt. Next, I had those with the dipping soup, and it had a good and slightly sweet flavor and went so well with this noodle.
