メニューの多さも魅力の１つではあるけれど、何よりもマスターの焼く焼き鳥！
どちらで修行をされたのか尋ねてみたところ、なんと独学だということ。
なんて勉強熱心な！！！
なにせ焼き加減が絶妙で、特に口に入れた時の舌触り、歯応えをこだわり抜いた肝と砂ずりは天下一品。
あと、自家製の鳥モモの燻製。
これまた絶品。
燻製が流行っている今、しっかりと流行もおさえている。
鳥のお造りが各種充実しているのはもちろんのこと、その日に仕入れた新鮮な魚介類のお造りもこれまた美味。
おばんざいは100円からと、コストパフォーマンスも素晴らしい。
メニューすべてを網羅するにはしばらく通い続けなければ。
