って事で、こちらのお店へ
伺ったのは、平日の夜18時50分頃、先客は2名、後客は1名でした
こちらのお店は、お昼は土日祝日しかやって無いですが、夜でもランチメニューが頂けます
で、注文は【ネギ汁そば定食（930円）＋播州ひねぽん（429円）＋生ビール（594円）】
2分程で生ビールが到着〜
飲みながら待つ事、5分でひねポンが登場です
ポン酢の掛かった大根おろしとネギ、コリコリとした親鶏のモモ肉、噛み答えがあり、噛めば噛む程、鶏の旨味が出てきて、お酒が進みます
メインは更に5分後に登場です
ネギ汁そばは、コシのあるちょっと縮れた細麺です
鶏ガラの効いた塩ベースで鶏油も入っていて、旨味が口の中に拡がり美味しいですね
トッピングは、たっぷりの白髪ネギとシンプルです
定食には、3切れある蒸し鶏もセットされていて、ネギソースがたっぷりと掛かっていて、しっとりして美味しいです
焼き餃子も4個セットが付いています
キャベツ、生姜、豚挽肉の餡がねっとりして香ばしく焼かれた皮に味噌ダレがマッチして美味しいです
組み合わせ的にも、1人飲みにマッチしてました
