本当はMGバーガーというのを注文したかったのです。
説明書きのところに｢常連さんしか注文しない｣と書いてあったので、チキンなゴリエは注文やーめたとなりました。
｢常連さんの多くが注文する人気のハンバーガー｣と書いてあったら、初めましての人でも注文しやすいのにな、と思いました。
バンズは分厚いですが、外側パリパリ中はふわふわで、簡単に押し潰せます。
肉々しいハンバーグ、たっぷりの新鮮野菜、3種類のとろけるチーズが素晴らしいマリアージュです。
味付けのオーロラソースが酸味強めで美味しいです。
今まで、ハンバーガーの名店は数多くお邪魔しましたが、お肉にこだわりのあるお店ほど味付けがシンプルで物足りないのです。
ハンバーガーを塩コショウだけって結構キツイです。
でもこちらのお店は、オーロラソースが滴るほどたっぷり使っておられるので、最後まで美味しくいただけました。
