丁寧に作られた優しい出汁
昨今競争激しい六甲道駅周辺のラーメン。
今日は，ラーメンとは異なり，最近できた木灰そばのお店に行きました。
木灰そばというのは初めて食べたのですが，麺は細いのに歯ごたえ十分。私好みです。
また，お出汁が優しく美味しい。
お店のメニューに書かれた説明にもあるように，塩分は控えめだが，しっかり鰹の出汁がきいています。
アクセントのショウガとネギが絶妙。
夏バテ気味でもスルスルいただけました。
副菜に注文したソーキも絶品でした。
価格がお手ごろ過ぎて経営が大丈夫かしらと不安になるほどのCPです。
もちろん，再訪確定です。

ラーメン激戦区・六甲道に異彩を放つ沖縄そばの名店。
月1ペースで通ってるが、麺、出汁共に絶品です。
今回は、唐人そばというメニューをオーダー。
スープは、醤油？で真っ黒。一瞬ぎょっとしましたが、１匙飲んでみると、塩辛さはなく鰹だしの優しい味が口に広がります。
むしろ、こちらの方が好みですね。
次は、日替りスープをチャレンジしたいなあ。
