「木灰そば 軟骨ソーキ」お勧めの商品で見た目はシンプルなのですがアッサリ系ですがスープは深いコクがあり、癖になる味です。軟骨ソーキの味も絶品でたまりません。旨味が染み出し、口の中に広がります。沖縄そばは、細麺がスープと絡まり、一口ごとに南国の風景が広がるかのようでした。
