六甲本通商店街にある焼き鳥屋さんです。
昼から焼き鳥片手に、お酒が呑めるお店。
焼き鳥屋さんの多くは夕方から営業開始なので、お昼に焼き鳥を食べたくなった時に、重宝します。
♦︎もも（塩）
あっさりした仕上がり。
鶏の旨味やジューシーさもあまりなく、ちょっと物足りない感じでした。
♦︎ぼんじり（塩）
脂は乗っていますが、旨味が足りません。
♦︎なんこつ（塩）
薬研軟骨でお肉は多めに付いてました。
これは普通にあっさりで美味しかったですね。
♦︎播州ひねぽん
小さめにカットされた親鳥。
玉ねぎのスライスと刻みネギを合わせて、ポン酢で味付けを。
サイドには生姜とニンニクが添えられています。
親鳥特有の旨みを感じられます。
今回は焼き場すぐ横のカウンター席に座ったのですが、大量の灰と煙にまみれました笑
これも炭焼きであるが故の一つの特徴ですが、汚したく無い服を着てる時には、テイクアウトをおススメします。
