昼食を頂きに こちらのお店へ
伺ったのは、平日の昼12時5分頃、先客が2名、後客も2名でした
注文は【炭火塩焼鳥丼＋唐揚げセット（890円）】
提供は15分程でした
炭火で焼かれ鶏モモ肉はカリッとした表面とジューシーな中身とあり、食感も味わいも違いがあり美味しいですね
やはり炭火で焼かれると一味違いますね〜
塩ダレが掛かっていて上には三つ葉、丼の縁にはワサビも乗っていて、付けるとあっさりサッパリした味わいになりますね
鶏モモ肉の下には刻み海苔も敷かれていて、塩ダレはご飯にも染み込んでいます
セットの唐揚げは2個、出来立て熱々でザクザクとした衣とにんにく醤油ダレにつけ込まれてジューシーで柔らかで美味しいですね
魔法の粉も良い味変になりますね
お味噌汁は味濃いめ、ワカメ、豆腐、三つ葉が入っています
ビールも頂きたいところですが、それはガマンガマン・・・
