エクシブ六甲の「社季」で
鉄板焼を堪能した翌日の
朝、当店で朝食です。
内装も凝っていて、
隣席との間は磨りガラスの
ように光は通すが見えない
ポリカで隔てられていま
す。
まず、自家製ライムドレッシング
の効いた
・サラダ
を頂き、続いて品数の多い
・御膳
が運ばれてきます。また、
小鍋がセット固形燃料に
点火されます。
ごはんは2種、お粥が2種から
セレクトでき、私は健康的な
・ひじきごはん
をお願いしました。
小鉢から手をつけていると
小鍋の蓋が開けられると、
何と、
・具だくさん味噌汁
でした。さらにごはんのお供
として、塩昆布、漬物、梅干
も提供され、朝からこんな
幸せは、めったに経験できる
ものではありません。
これだけ、おかずあります
ので、ひじきごはんを
食べきった後に、たまらず、
・白ご飯
をおかわり！
これで満腹となり、途中、
提供された
・温泉卵
まで、食べれなかったのが
残念ですが、幸せな時間でした。
