I used it at a drinking party after a management study session. This is a shop that the organizer of the study group knows. I'm from Osaka, so if I were to go to Kobe, it would be around Sannomiya or Motomachi, and Hyogo Station is an area that I would never go to on my own. It's located under the guard right next to Hyogo Station. Apparently, the master played baseball, and because of that connection, famous baseball players sometimes come to visit. The master came to greet me at the end of the day, and he seemed to have a lot of power and guts, and was also a very polite person. Now, as for the food, it's Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), but today's banquet menu featured chigenabe. This chige nabe is bright red in color, but it has a fairly mild spiciness. This is really going well. The crispy Chinese cabbage goes well with this bright red soup and is delicious. Of course, the tofu, white onion, and chicken meat are also flavorful. Goes well with beer. Finally, the last dish is rice porridge. I had some reservations about the udon noodles, but according to the majority opinion, one person said porridge. The Other dishes were Fried food, hors d'oeuvres, and, since it's Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), an assortment of Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers). All were at a fairly high level. Since the location is far away, I can't say I'll return immediately, but if I had the chance, I would go there again.
