神戸和田岬駅からすぐの立ち食いうどん味沢さん。平日の7:30頃、朝ごはんで入店。店内先客多数。
うどんかそばかラーメンかで迷うもぼっかけラーメンを゙注文。出来るかどうか半信半疑ながら追加でぼっかけも合わせて注文。店員さん、普通にぼっかけダブルってか言ってたからよくある注文みたい。
すぐに出来上がったぼっかけダブルラーメンを受け取って立ち食いカウンターへ。
ラーメンの麺はいわゆる黄ぃそば、和風のうどん出汁。
ぼっかけは柔らかくあっさりした下味で煮込まれて食べやすい。出し汁に肉のコクがプラス。
次回はぼっかけトリプルでいってみたい。
