禁断症状が出てしまい和田岬まで超ショートツーリング。
ぼっかけそばに玉子を落としてもらいワンコイン。
明日以降、値上げするとの事ですが、今までがお手頃過ぎだったと思う。

　朝イチ番にマイレビ様の投稿を見て私も禁断症状が。。。
いてもたって居られずバイクをひっぱりだしお山を下りました。
ヤバいな～この禁断症状(笑)
発症して4時間も経たずに入店。
ぼっかけそば玉子入り！
ソッコーでズスッと腹に納めて退店。
やっぱり美味しな～

和風ぼっかけラーメン

　久しぶりに味沢さんへ
前回訪問時に気になっていたメニューの「和風ぼっかけラーメン」をいただきました。
味はだいたい想像できます。　姫路の駅そばのぼっかけバージョンだと。
しかし味沢さんの出汁とぼっかけの組み合わせはこちらの想像を上回る美味しさ！！
味沢さんの場合、中華麺を入れようと、そーめんを入れようと、要するに麺であれば何を入れても美味しいんでしょうね！（笑）

ぼっかけうどん！

車で出勤した際、出社前に久しぶりに味沢で名物のぼっかけうどんを頂きました。
こちらのぼっかけうどんは、甘く炊かれた”ぼっかけ”（牛スジ肉）がたっぷり入って美味しいです。
いつもは、てんぷらなどトッピングしちゃいますが、今日はぼっかけオンリーの味を楽しみました(笑)
美味しくただいてると、壁に貼られたメニューに「和風ぼっかけラーメン」なるものが。。。
おそらく、麺がうどんの代わりに中華麺になっているのでしょうが気になります(笑)
今後来る時の楽しみが増えました！　ご馳走様でした美味しかったです。
