ちょっと気になっていた、こちらのお店へ
伺ったのは、平日の昼11時頃、先客は4名、後客は5名でした
注文は、お店も一推し、更に皆さんもオーダーされている【ぼっかけうどん（430円）】
左奥にあるカウンターでオーダー、即座に提供されるので、そこでお会計をするシステムです
うどんの上に大きめサイズのぼっかけとネギがたっぷりと乗っています
うどんは、とても柔らかく箸で切れるレベルで汁を良く吸い込んでいますねー
ツユは出汁が効いている所にぼっかけの旨味がプラスされ甘みも感じる美味しさですね
ぼっかけは、食べ応えのあるサイズがたっぷりです
良く煮込まれて柔らかく、甘辛のタレも染み込んで、とても美味しいですね♪
ネギのちょっとした辛味、シャキシャキ感も良いアクセントになっています
このレベルで、この価格はかなりの魅力ですね
ちょっと家から遠いのが残念ですが・・・
