神戸二日目の朝食は嗜好ドンピシャ❗️ぼっかけうどんの名店へ♪
ベストコンディションで臨むべく、神戸元町のホテルからテクテク歩いてピットインです＾＾
朝5時半から営業されてますが、今回は会社始業前に合わせ8時前にお邪魔しました。
しかしながら、流石の人気店❗️出勤途中のサラリーマン、港湾関係者の方々で大変混雑しております。
店舗内にて並び、奥の厨房前カウンターで、ぼっかけうどん(税込¥450.-)をオーダー&精算です。
ぼっかけうどんは、ものの一分も掛からず完成です♪
お盆に乗ったぼっかけうどんと共に、立ち食いカウンターへ移動。
まずは汁をいただきます♪
出汁の効いた優しい味わいに、ぼっかけの旨味がライドオン❗️大変美味しい❤️
出汁は呉の細うどんの魚介系の出汁に、これに小倉どきどき系の肉の旨味が加わると云った処です❤️
味の濃さは、小倉のどきどきうどん、福岡のうどんよりも薄味ですが、バランスの摂れた優しい汁でした＾＾
太麺はやわやわで、これも呉の細うどんと同程度の柔らかさ♪
朝の時間は短く、スピード命ですから勿論有りな柔らかさです❤️
そしてとろとろ、プルプルの、牛すじ❤️
美味くない訳がありません。
最近の嗜好にどストライクなうどんをいただきました‼️
流石の人気店でした＾＾
