Owner Shimoshita used to work at a famous kushikatsu restaurant. With the strong support of his wife, he opened his own restaurant in March of this year. Until then, his wife had never tried his kushikatsu. One day, the moment she tasted her husband's fried kushikatsu for the first time, she said, "You're a kushikatsu restaurant!" and decided to open a restaurant.
