Owner Shimoshita used to work at a famous kushikatsu restaurant. With the strong support of his wife, he opened his own restaurant in March of this year. Until then, his wife had never tried his kushikatsu. One day, the moment she tasted her husband's fried kushikatsu for the first time, she said, "You're a kushikatsu restaurant!" and decided to open a restaurant. Now, not only his wife, but also his fans who have become regulars through word of mouth bring more customers to the restaurant so that it will thrive. I think it is the manager's attitude towards his customers that makes him feel this way. "I want as many people as possible to eat cheap and delicious kushikatsu," he says, and with that single-minded desire, he spends hours every day going around the market to buy cheap and fresh ingredients. And he offers a taste that can only be found at his restaurant. This may be the secret to gradually increasing the number of loyal fans. |
