鶴屋本店からの～新長田二件目のお店は、新長田タンク筋にある、創業80年以上の歴史あるお好み焼き屋さんみずはらさんに初訪問＼(^-^)／
鉄板を囲んで6人座ってちょうど位のこじんまりしたスペースで、カップル３組で満員御礼でした。
瓶ビール500円、お好み焼きの豚500円、スジねぎ焼き700円を頼んで二人でシェア。
お好み焼きは大阪みたいな混ぜ焼きスタイルではなく、広島焼きみたいな薄い生地の上にキャベツやねぎ、肉などの具材をのせて焼くペタ焼きタイプ。鰹の粉は生地に直接ふってあるので、食べるときには甘口か辛口のソースをつけるだけ。
私は甘口を薄く塗った上から、辛口ソースをタップリつけていただきました♪長田のお好み焼きも色々食べ歩いてみたけど、こちらの辛口ソース今までで一番美味しくて好みヽ(*´▽)ノ♪
