須磨に予定があって、ランチ場所を探していたらなんと迎賓館を発見。
仕事仲間が洋食が食べたいとあって行ってみた。
めちゃくちゃ歴史があって、114年？104年？くらいの歴史があるらしい迎賓館。
門から建物までめちゃくちゃ雰囲気がある。
お客様もみなさんゆったりと過ごしていました。
その中でいただいたフルコースランチ。
メイン料理の手前まではちょっと残念なことが・・・。
お魚の前菜にウロコが入っていたりして下処理ちゃんとしてるの？っていうものが
あって残念だねーと話していたものの、栗のスープが美味しくてそこから挽回して
きました。クエのポワレと牛フィレは絶品でした。
デザートはイチゴのワゴンで色んな種類のものが頂けたのは良かったんですが
お腹いっぱいすぎてあまり食べることができず。。。
デザートワゴンってあれこれ選べる楽しさはあるんだけど、１つ１つの味のインパクトが
薄くなってしまうのも事実。だから、シェフの特選スイーツとか、ワゴンじゃないデザート
を選ぶ方がいいのかもと改めて思いました。。
雰囲気がとってもいいのでお料理もっと頑張って欲しいですね。
