寿苑さんのお肉は
臭みが無く、お肉の味を
味わいながら食べると
本当に美味しいお肉だとわかります。
じゃんぼ一枚肉は 三角バラ肉です。
大きなお肉なので、
ハサミで切って いただきます。
サンチュも 付いてきます。
寿苑のテールスープ 『テグタン』は絶品です。
テグタン そのままいただくのも美味しいし、
テグタンうどん、テグタンラーメンも
美味しいです。
お持ち帰りや 発送用のテグタンもあるので、
お店にお邪魔できないときは
テグタンだけ買って、
自宅で テグタン鍋などをして
いただくことも あります。

今までは デラモツ鍋というメニューがありましたが
メニュー変更で 「ホルモン鍋」と「豚キムチ鍋」が登場☆
ホルモン鍋は お店名物のテグタン味噌をベースに
濃厚なテール出汁のお鍋です。
もつ、朝引きの鶏、イカ、たっぷりのお野菜が入って
一人前 1280円
追加で注文できる具材も いろいろあります。
〆は おうどん、ラーメン、トック、リゾット
オススメの〆は ラーメン …で その後 リゾットです。
