須磨の美味しいうどん屋さん
度々お伺いしています。
駐車場も無く場所も決っして良いとは言えないが、いつもひっきりなしにお客さんが訪れる人気のうどん屋さん。
今日も近くに用事があったので帰りに訪問。
12:00前、2人テーブルが一卓のみ空いててすんなり入店。今日の注文は天ぷらうどん。
天ぷら葉別添えも可能ですが、との事なので別添えで注文。
うどんは程よいコシでモチモチした麺、スープへしっかり出汁がきいてるが上品な味。
しかもかなり熱々。コチラのお店で食べるといつも思うが、こんな奴熱々で出てくるうどん屋さん他には知らないくらい熱々。
天ぷらはサクサクでとても美味しい。
お店の方もテキパキと丁寧なサービスでとても好感持てるお店。

近くに行けば寄りたくなるお店。
日曜日の昼時、天気もイマイチで雨パラパラ。
12:00過ぎ頃行くと、まだ席は空いているのですんなり入店。
この日は少しヒンヤリ天気だったので、期間限定メニューの海老天鍋焼きうどん¥1,150を注文。
土鍋にグツグツと沸いて運ばれてきた！
熱々のスープを一口、出汁しっかり効いてて旨い！
次に添えられたすだちを絞って、コレまた旨い。
具材も海老天、椎茸、しめじ、たけのこ、鶏肉、ネギ、玉子、かまぼこ、と具沢山。
麺こコシも強すぎず柔らかすぎず。
美味しい鍋焼きうどん。
食べ間終わると、体ポカポカ温まる、体に染みる美味しい鍋焼きうどんでした。
