以前からチェックしてあったものの、中々訪問出来ていなかった こちらのお店へ
伺ったのは、平日の夜17時頃、先客は3名、後客は4名、テイクアウトの方は3名でした
注文は【そばめし（550円）＋ぼっかけ焼きそば（550円）＋アップル（120円）】
最初に提供されたお初のアップルを飲みながら、店内に広がるソースの焼けた香ばしい香りを感じながら待つ事、3分程で "そばめし" が提供されました
出来立て熱々のそばめしは、デフォは薄めのソース味付けで提供されます
具材は、短くカットされたそば、ご飯、キャベツ、ネギ、細切れの豚肉が鉄板で焼かれた香ばしい風味を纏って美味しいですねー
ドベソースを頂き、投入するとフルーティーな甘みに後から辛さがあり、更に美味しくなりますね
2分程遅れてぼっかけ焼きそばの登場です
もちもちした中細麺に、甘辛い味付けの牛スジ、コンニャクとキャベツとネギが香ばしく焼かれています
こちらもデフォは薄めの味付けです
もちろんドベソースを投入して頂きました
ドベソースは後引く味わいで美味しいですねー
アップルとは名前ばかりの "みかん水" で長田エリアのソウルドリンク！
これも良い感じですねwww
流石の人気店だけあり、どちらのメニューも美味しかったです♡
