2011年7月オープンのチリトリ焼きとモツ鍋と焼肉のお店。

お店一押しのチリトリ焼きは、チリトリと呼ばれる四角い鉄板の上でお肉やお野菜を自家製味噌ダレと昆布と鰹の1番ダシで煮詰めたお料理。
店員さんが仕上げてくださいます。
おろしニンニク、ミソダレ、お出汁、一味、コチュジャン、ヤンニンジャンは無料で追加できます。
見た目よりもたくさんの具材が入っていて、ぷりっぷりのホルモンと甘みのあるキャベツがすごく好み♡
おうどんも細めタイプで〆にぴったりでした。
初めてのチリトリ焼き、ハマりそうです。
一品料理もいろいろあって、ハート刺しやサクラユッケも美味しかったです♪
美味しいお料理に、店員さんの対応もよく、個室でゆっくり女子会を楽しみました。
ホルモンがすごく美味しかったから、次はもつ鍋も食べてみたいな。

This shop is located on the 1st floor of the Piazza Building southeast of Shin-Nagata Station in Nagata Ward, Kobe. A chiritori-yaki, offal hotpot, and Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant that opened in July 2011. There are table seats, tatami mat seats, and private rooms with sunken kotatsu seats. The tatami room is large enough to accommodate groups. Last time I liked Chiritori-yaki, I wanted to try Motsu-nabe as well, so I reserved a private room over the phone. #Today's dinner ★Oolong tea 350 yen ★Naotaro salad 590 yen ★Mino parboiled ponzu 800 yen ★French fries 490 yen ★Fried octopus 490 yen ★Motsu Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) 1450 yen (hormone assortment, pork belly, tofu, cabbage, chives) ★Puripuri Hormone 650 yen ★Heart 650 yen ★Akasen 650 yen ★Cabbage 350 yen ★Udon 250 yen ★Soba 250 yen Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) comes with yuzu pepper. You can add grated garlic, yuzu pepper, and soup stock for free. It has more ingredients than it looks, and I really like the plump offal and sweet cabbage ♡ Personally, I preferred the soba noodles as a finishing touch ♪ The food was delicious, the staff were very responsive, and there was a private room.
